Practice Managers
As a practice manager, you’ll work where people often have their first and most frequent point of contact with the NHS.
Education and Training
Education is a real lever for change and can help the existing primary care and community care workforce feel more confident and capable and help develop the new style of the workforce that is necessary to meet the demands and challenges we face.
If you are looking to access training for yourself and your staff, our calendar of CPD, education and training events can be accessed via the Somerset GP Education Trust (SGPET) website using the button below.
Events specifically being run by the Training Hub will have this in the title of the event and will state if there is a fee. SGPET events are run for Somerset GP Practices.

Initially designed for GPs, GPSH is also there to support Practice Managers and General Practice Nurses. Some but not all of the content will be relevant for you but the Safe House is developing further.
Please head to the Safe House website or for confidential help and support contact Jill.hellens@nhs.net.
